Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package. We ONLY accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please pack and ship the items you wish to return with all tags attached. All returns will only be issued store credit (no cash refunds given) or you may also exchange it for another size or item of equal or lesser value. Store Credit issued will never expire, and you may apply it to another purchase anytime you want.
Please note that shipping costs are expenses incurred during product returns. Express shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed to customers who have paid for this extra service.
To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email us at email@example.com
• Your order number
• Product name of the item you wish to return
• Reason for return
Defective Product Received
We always do our best to check all items carefully before we ship them out to you. However, in the unlikely event of a defective product received on your end, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving.
Please note: As a customer you are responsible for any return shipping costs and we recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or insurance.
