Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package. We only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. All original tags must be attached. Returns will only be issued as store credit or you may also exchange for another size or pair of trunks. Store credits issued will never expire and can be applied to another purchase at anytime.
If by chance you are in need of return or exchange, we ask that you please have the following information ready when you email us at info@faithandloveparis.com
• Your order number
• Product name of the item you wish to return
• Reason for return
Please note: As a customer you are responsible for any return shipping costs and we recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or insurance.
Defective Product Received
We always do our best to check all items carefully before we ship them out to you. However, in the unlikely event of a defective product received on your end please send us an email within 3 business days of receiving.
